Why Can Our Competitors Always Do the Work Cheaper Than Us?
Take a look at photos 1–4 — the answer is obvious.
In the photos, you can see: a person working in a regular knit cap, with the safety rope anchored at the level of the 6th floor. This is dangerous — a fall from that height can have serious consequences. A cap won’t protect you, while a helmet protects your head — and doesn’t ruin your hairstyle.
Often, instead of a second safety rope, unreliable methods are used. This makes the work cheaper, but significantly increases the risk.
For reference: our window cleaning starts at 3,000 KZT. With good negotiation, a discount is possible — sometimes the price drops to 1,000 KZT, but this is the exception rather than the rule.
A message for resellers and contractors
If you’re a reseller looking to work with volume, please note: we work only with the end customer and do not cooperate with contractors on tenders.
Typical messages we get from resellers:
- —“Bro, I won the tender”
- —“Bro, send me your documents — I’m applying for a tender”
- —“Should’ve done it yesterday, bro”
- —“I’ve got volume”
- —“Can you give a discount?”
Briefly about us and our service
Hello, dear clients, customers, and partners! Before calling to ask “how much does it cost?”, please note the following important points:
- —We are a commercial organization providing services in construction and high-altitude work.
- —We strictly comply with TBiOT requirements (occupational safety and health regulations).
- —We provide a guarantee on all services — starting from 24 months.
- —Our prices are based on ENiR rates; we provide an honest estimate without vague “±” margins.
We do not perform the following types of work:
- —Forced entry or breaking into premises through windows/vents;
- —Removing animals from trees;
- —Fixing leaks using mounting foam or tape;
- —“Urgent” services on a “needed yesterday” basis without compliance with safety regulations.
For such tasks, it’s better to contact emergency services (MES) or specialized contractors. They can easily be found on OLX — they often work faster and cheaper, but without a guarantee and with increased risk.
If you want a reliable solution done right the first time — we’re open to mutually beneficial cooperation. Remember: cheap things cost twice.
P.S. Dear resellers who have taken on volume or are planning to participate in a tender: our terms are designed for end customers. If the lowest price is what matters most to you — please contact our competitors, they’re sometimes cheaper. Contractors, please do not contact us.
